I love snail mail!!  It is so nice to go to the mailbox and find something other than bills.  Then if the snail mail is handmade, bonus!!  Receiving mail from all over the world is like Christmas in your mailbox! I found this website called pocket letter pals.  I copied a little bit from the website if you are unfamiliar with Pocket Letter Pals:

“Pocket Letters™ and Pocket Letter Pals were created by Janette of Janette Lane Blog as a new way to send and collect penpal letters. The concept is easy and fun! Pocket Letters are penpal letters in pocket format. Basically, you fill all the pockets of a 9 Pocket Page Protector (or similar) and send the whole page to someone who wants to swap or to your existing penpal(s). You fill the pockets with the components of a typical penpal letter.”

If you want to find out more about Pocket Letter Pals or to sign up for a swap go here.

The swap I signed up for was a Mixed Media Pocket Letter.  I added a few goodies to the pocket letter for my swap partner after I took this picture.

Warning:  If you like to make and receive snail mail, it can be addicting!
