This is the Prince of Wales Hotel located in Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta, Canada. My husband and I went on a tour of the Canadian Rockies over the summer. Canada is such a beautiful country. I would love to spend my summers there. The temperature was about 70 degrees the whole time we were there. At home the temperature was 95 degrees but it felt like 107 degrees due to the humidity. We did not get to stay at the Prince of Wales Hotel because it was about $249 Canadian dollars plus per night. The Hotel was built in 1926 and it was given the name Prince of Wales (who later became King Edward VIII in England) because they were trying to entice the Prince to stay at the hotel when he visited Canada in 1927 but he ended up staying at a local ranch instead.
