Icad Summer

I have created Icad challenge #1 and #2. Icad 2016 (Index Card a Day) was created by Daisy Yellow.  You can find more Icad challenges here. Each day there is a prompt and there is a weekly theme.  The object is to create a little piece of art on a 4 x 6 index card everyday.  Daisy Yellow has extended this challenge through July.  You can start anytime.

What challenges are you working on now?

  1. These cards are great, Jade! I’m joining icad too. 🙂 The first and last time I joined was in 2014, so this year is a great year to give it another go. I’m still contemplating if I’d follow the themes and prompts or have my own. 🙂

  2. I was tempted to join ICAD. I’m not too good yet at working with themes and prompts, so this time around I’m going to watch and learn and just let myself be inspired by everyone else’s art. It will be fun to see what you create.

      1. I was going to check it out yesterday, and then got sidetracked. My husband got home a little earlier than usual yesterday. Tomorrow is the beginning of a new week, and that sounds like a good time to jump into ICAD.

      2. Got my index card out and ready to create this morning. Mine will be simple, probably mostly little watercolors. This will be fun. I joined the Facebook group, too. Thanks for encouraging me to get involved.
